On the Voyage Manager Notes tab, you can create Voyage Notes to keep a record of important information. Notes can be of any length, and you can create as many as you need. The Notes list is a standard list; you can sort, filter, and select columns for it.

Date-time columns can display either GMT or system local time. Right-click the column heading and then click Display GMT or Display System Local Time. New Voyage Notes save in local time.

Creating Voyage Notes

To create a Voyage Note:

1. If you want to use categories to sort and filter the Notes in the list, set up Note Categories from the Data Center.
2. On the Notes tab, click .
   
3. Select a Category and a Priority, and enter Remarks (Voyage Note text). You can also click  to attach a file or a link.
