IMOS On-Prem - Alert List

Note: You must have the Alert List Module Right enabled, under Quick Links in Operations.

The Alert List contains all Alerts that exist in IMOS.

In the Operations module center , under Quick Links, click Alert List.

The Alert List is a standard IMOS list, so you can sort it, filter it, do a Quick Search, and create custom Views for it. You can use logical operations to filter particular columns in the list.

Assigning Alerts

Note: Cargo Alerts cannot be assigned.

To assign an Alert to a user:

1. On the Tasks & Alerts panel, right-click the Alert and then click Edit.
   
2. Select an Owner and then click OK.
3. Save the form associated with the Alert.
