Troubleshoot steps
Server and Messaging service testing - Most API errors are a result of a Messaging service failure
Restarted messaging service
Restart Server
Investigated if there were any major changes made to the environment
Confirmed Firewall isn't blocking traffic
Confirmed AV isn't interfering
If the following step does not result in a responsive API, please create a support case and attach the imosmsg log file (veson\imos\services\logs).
