As a vessel master, Onboard is your central workspace for viewing voyage and port call information.

When you sign in, the current voyage appears with the Itinerary card for the current voyage leg selected.

Voyages/Port Calls List

The Voyages/Port Calls list contains all voyages you have rights to view and their port calls.

To access it, do one of the following:

  • On the main menu , under Operations, click Onboard.

  • In Operations quick links, click .

Depending on your role, one of the following lists appears:

  • Vessel user: Voyages list

  • Agent user: Port Calls list

  • Office site user: The Voyages list appears by default. To switch between the Voyages and Port Calls lists, click:

  • As with any other list, you can search, select, adjust, pin, filter, group, and sort columns, reset to the default view, save user views, and export.

  • To view the details of a voyage or port call, click its row.

Voyage or Port Call Details

From voyage or port call details, you can submit forms, view relevant Cargo contracts, and adjust Berth Itineraries.

 

  • The Voyages/Port Calls card panel on the left is collapsed by default. To expand it, click >>; to collapse it again, click <<.

  • As with any other details view, you can navigate to a different record by clicking its card or return to the list by clicking its Name.

  • Voyage or port call details are in the center:

    • Information appears in Itinerary, Forms, and Cargoes (for vessel and office site users only) sections.

    • On the Documents panel, you can store documents at the voyage, port call, or berth level. To open it, click  at the top right. To close it, click  again.

    • To return to the list, click All in the breadcrumbs.
