Configuration flag CFGEnableDistributionLists enables the creation of Distribution Lists you can use to distribute reports, using a Scheduled Task in the Messaging Service. For more information, see the IMOS Messaging Service Manual.
In the Distribution Lists section of the Report Editor, you can select distribution lists for the report.
To select distribution lists:
- In the list of Available Lists, select one or more lists for the report.
- To select multiple consecutive lists, hold down Shift while you select.
- To select multiple nonconsecutive lists, hold down Ctrl while you select.
- To add the selected list or lists to the list of Selected Lists, click
