What does it mean when a transit port (port function P or I) is light blue in the itinerary?

If a transit port in an itinerary is light blue, it means that the port function (P or I) has been manually entered for this port (as opposed to being automatically populated by the Veson IMOS Platform).
It also means that the transit port is locked.
