IMOS - Creating a New Voyage from a Booking
To create a voyage from a booking, on the Cargo Booking or VC In Booking form, click Schedule Voyage. The Create New Voyage form appears; if only one Nominated Vessel is specified on the liftings in the booking, the vessel flows to this form.
Opr Type defaults as follows:
When scheduling a Cargo Booking wherein one or more cargoes have a linked VC In, the Operation Type will be RELT.
When scheduling a VC In Booking, the operation type must be SPOT.
Otherwise, when scheduling a Cargo Booking, the Operation Type will default to OVOV or TCOV, depending on whether the vessel is owned or TC In.
The new voyage will include all liftings in the specified booking, excluding any liftings which have already been fixed/scheduled, or liftings with status Withdrawn or Canceled.
