Q88Dry-How to send Bulk Offline Questionnaires

If you need to request from more than one vessel to complete a particular questionnaire, you can use the option Bulk Offline Questionnaires:

Instead of using the Send Offline to vessel option for each single vessel.

A new window opens, allowing you to select the questionnaire, either by expanding the dropdown or by typing the name in the relevant text box.

Select a questionnaire for bulk offline forms

At the next step, you select which vessels you send the request to; the system picks their email address automatically by the Questionnaires, but the field can be amended by clicking on it.

If you need to edit the template body text of the email along with the offline forms, click Edit Template and amend accordingly.
