Archived Questionnaires

The system keeps a copy of the archived questionnaires for 60 days, which can be found under the Questionnaires module.

Archived Questionnaires

You can search on the Archive Database either by vessel’s name, questionnaire or user that completed it.

Search Archive questionnaire

The selected Archived Questionnaire can be Emailed or Published.
