In case of issues while logging into IMOS Live app, it is recommended to try the below steps:

  1. Make sure to use the correct credentials:
    Username: IMOS\name.lastname
    Password:
    Environment: CompanyName.imos.veson.com

  2. Download the latest IMOS Live application from https://imoslive.com/ and log in again.
