No need to forward emails or copy and paste the information to others chat platforms. You can simply mention a colleague in every Email.
Email:
In the Emails module:
- You can collaborate around a specific email using the chat function to discuss or share files.
- Clicking on (or typing) the '@' symbol will allow you to mention a colleague and sends them a notification
- The live notification they receive will take them directly to the specific email.
- When you add a comment to an email, you can see the number of comments beside the comment bubble, and also your avatar displayed in the Teamwork column will make your colleagues aware that you added a comment.
- You can also display and sort your emails to have Newest emails with Comments on top so that you see all latest responses from others.
