To create an Estimate in Scheduling, in the Cargo Book list, drag a Cargo row with Cargo Status Inquiry or Confirmed onto:
A vessel row in the Open Positions list
A vessel name or open spot on the schedule
For the current program, the Cargo changes to Cargo Status Estimated and cannot be used to create another Estimate.
