The certificate module will generate a weekly email notification which lists all the certificates which are due for renewal. You can also schedule a report of any view (system or user created) to be emailed to you.
Actions Menu → Scheduled Reports
Click the Add New plus sign and then select the report from the dropdown
You can select the Fleet or ALL vessels, enter in the recipients email address(es) , select the Frequency & Time to have the reports emailed to you and the format that you would like the reports (Text or Attachment):
