If a Time Charter Out contract has values in the Paid by Operator row, you will not be able to edit the Bunker Breakdown in the contract.
To unlock the Bunker Breakdown for updating, you will have to remove all the values in the Paid by Operator row and lock the row (once a row is locked, it should no longer be highlighted red).
To lock the row, right-click on the row and select Lock Values.
