- On the Voyage List, select the voyage you want to reschedule. In this example, we will choose 1309:
- The Voyage Manager appears. On the toolbar, click
and then click Reschedule Voyage.
- In the New Vessel/Voyage fields, select the vessel and voyage number whose schedule you want to apply to the Current Vessel/Voyage. The New Vessel can be a different voyage of the Current Vessel:
- Click OK.
- Voyage 1309 is rescheduled as voyage 1310. The previous voyage 1310 is moved up one space in the list and renumbered 1309:
Note: IMOS prohibits the rescheduling of voyages if there are any Posted transactions in the Voyage Invoices list. Users must reverse the Posted invoices before attempting to reschedule.
