Page Comparison

The Onboard Documents panel enables you to upload, download, and delete documents as attachments. It shows different information, depending on the voyage, port call, or berth.To open it, click the current workspace.

To open it, do one of the following:

• In Inbox or Voyages, in the top navigation, click Image Added. To close it, click Image Added again.
  • When opened from list view, the panel includes documents for all records in that list.
  • When opened from details view, the panel includes documents for that record.
• In Onboard, click _{Image Modified}. To close it, click _{Image Modified} again. You can store documents at the voyage, port call, or berth level.

Uploading Files

The maximum upload size to the Documents panel is 20MB. To upload a file:

1. In the Documents panel, click + _{Image Added}.
   
2. Do one of the following:
   • Drag and drop files into the File Upload panel.
   • Click the File Upload panel, browse files, and then select one or more to upload.
3. When you finish adding files, click  to return to the Documents panel.
