You can receive notifications for tags or mentions in comments from various areas:
- Most Recent - all notifications sorted by date received.
- Comments - when you are mentioned or receive a response.
- Emails - when you are tagged in an email.
- Orders - when you are mentioned in an order comment or tagged on an order.
- Tonnage - when you are mentioned in a tonnage comment or tagged on a tonnage.
- Fixtures - when you are mentioned in a fixture comment or tagged on a fixture.
- Voyages - when you are tagged or mentioned in a voyage (for IMOS clients)
- Ships - when you are mentioned in a Ship's comments section.
- Ports - when you are mentioned in a Port's comments section.
- Shipfix Report Log - when you receive a reply from our team regarding an error report.
- Archived - all previous notifications that you have archived.
By clicking on a notification card, you will be taken to the exact place where your colleague mentioned you (for example an Email or a Tonnage position). You can then take action, or respond to them by tagging or mentioning them using the @ symbol.
