The Veslink® Agent Portal is available with Veslink Optimum.
The Agent Portal enables vessels and agents to exchange information through Veslink. Designated agents can log in to Veslink.com to submit forms for port calls that correspond to port calls for IMOS voyages.
- On the Agent Portal tab, agents can view and submit forms for port calls that have been shared.
- On the Network tab, agents can manage partner relationships with other companies.
Menus at the top right give agents access to additional tasks:
- User Name:
- My Profile: Edit personal public contact information.
- Company Profile: Edit company public contact information.
- Sign Out
- Support:
- Knowledge Base: Access this help information from the Knowledge Base.
- Submit a Support Ticket: Send an email to support@veson.com to report an issue.
- Settings:
- System Configuration: Configure general system information.
- Security: Manage users and groups.
