A common reason for a PDA to not be updated by an FDA is mismatched information between the two Disbursement invoices. If you currently have a PDA that has not been updated by the FDA, please review the two invoices and ensure all information between them match (excluding amounts and currencies- What could happen if my PDA currencies do not match up with my FDA currencies? )

If you are currently using a Partner or Integration for disbursement invoices, please reach out to the other party to review all XML information that has been sent for the PDA and FDA. Fro her have the third party resend the disbursement invoice to VIP.
