The views icon image-20241106-160646.png in the tonnage toolbar allows you to filter your tonnage list with pre-set, filtered views.

View

Description

All Tonnage

This view all tonnage positions except hidden ones.

Extracted Tonnage

This view displays all tonnage positions extracted from emails.

Added/ Edited Tonnage

This view displays all tonnage positions that are manually entered or edited.

Hidden Tonnage

This view displays tonnage positions that are hidden from the user’s view.

Note, when a tonnage position is hidden from a list, it applies only to the

user that hid it and does not hide the position from his/her colleagues.
