IMOS - Changing Your IMOSlive Password

1. Using Internet Explorer (mandatory), log in to your IMOSlive Web Portal.

2. To launch the application, click your Production version of IMOS

   .

3. On the IMOS Application login page, press Ctrl + Alt + End. A window with options appears.

4. Click Change a password.

5. Type a new password and then click OK.

Your password must:

• Not contain your account name or parts of your full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

• Be at least 7 characters in length.

• Contain at least 3 of the following:

  • English uppercase letter (A–Z) 

  • English lowercase letter (a–z) 

  • Number (0–9) 

  • Special character (for example, !, $, #, or %)
