To access Pricing Templates, the Pricing Template List Module Right must be selected in Security.

With Pricing Templates, you can specify default sets of Pricing Rules for common contract structures, for use in Advanced Pricing. When you select the Advanced check box on a contract, if any Pricing Templates exist, and there are no existing Rules, you are prompted to choose a template.

After a Pricing Template is applied to a contract, changes to the template will not update the contract, and changes to the contract will not update the template.

On the Pricing Template List, you can create, edit, copy, and delete Pricing Templates.

Creating a Pricing Template

1. In the Data Center , under Charter Party Terms, click Pricing Template List.
2. On the Pricing Template List, click .
   
3. Enter a Template Name and a Template Description.
4. Add Rules.
5. To save the template, click .
