IMOS On-Prem - TCE Target Tab - Vessel

On the Vessel TCE Target tab, you can set a target by effective date for the Time Charter Equivalent.
Enter the Effective From date and the TCE Target.
Then, in a Voyage Estimate, you can lock the TCE to a target to back-calculate Freight.
