IMOS On-Prem - Creating a New Voyage from a Voyage Estimate
Walkthrough: Scheduling a Voyage

Create a Voyage Estimate > Create a Voyage > Hand Off to Operations
Note: You must have the Fix an Estimate Module Right selected, under in Actions in the Chartering module, and the following configuration flags must be disabled: CFGEnableVesselVetting, CFGEnableChartManualStatusFlags, and CFGEnableUserGroupOnFixture.
To create a new Voyage from a Voyage Estimate, do one of the following:
From a Voyage Estimate in Details View, click .
From a Voyage Estimate in Column View, click Fix Estimate on the menu.
Depending on the Operation Type:
For a TCO Estimate, a Time Charter Out Fixture is created. All the information from the Voyage Estimate moves to the fixture and then to the voyage. After the fixture is created, the button changes to .
For other Operation Types, the Create New Voyage form appears:
