How do I fix an IMOS On-Prem login SQL connection error?
You may encounter the following SQL connection error when logging into IMOS:
If so, on your desktop, go to Task Manager > Details and right-click vesrdpc.exe.
On the context menu, click End process tree.
Once done, contact Veson Nautical Support in the Help Center to assist with logging out of your account.
