Can I replace the Y/Z port functions with L/D ones on my TCO voyages if they are also load/discharge ports?
For Time Charter Out voyages, the Y (Delivery) and Z (Redelivery) ports are required to be entered into the voyage itinerary so that operational data between the voyage and the TCO contract remains in sync.
Delivery (Y) and Redelivery (Z) ports are automatically populated by the governing TC contract. Any updates to these ports in the VM will also update the TCO contract.
You should not replace the Y/Z port functions with L/D ones, as this will affect the link between the voyage and the TC contract. Instead, you should manually add additional L (Load) port and D (Discharge) ports in between the Y and Z ports.
