Is it possible to uncancel a Cargo?

In the Veson IMOS Platform, a user could accidentally set the status of a cargo card to cancelled. This permanently locks the card and prevents any status update.
If a user intends to fix the cargo, they will need to either copy the existing cargo or create a new cargo.
