In the Data Center, the following workspaces enable Administrators to configure Onboard:

Settings

To access Onboard Settings, do one the following:

• On the main menu ☰, under Data Center, click Veslink.

• In the Data Center quick links, click:

You can configure the following settings:

• Sync Date Range: Enter number of Months in the past and Months in the future, for which to sync data between the office and vessel.

• Office Sync Trigger: Enter the number of minutes (Auto Replicate Mins) after the last successful replication, at which point replication is triggered. The Office Sync Trigger should be set to no less than 5 minutes.

• Automatic Onboard Replication: Select the IMOS replication on login check box to trigger replication, if the Office Sync Trigger time limit is exceeded, when an agent user logs in or clicks a voyage row.

• Ship to Shore Replication: For clients with an Onboard client installed locally on their vessels this setting allows them to force replication not to finish until all Berth Itinerary forms finish processing when Berth Itinerary Forms is selected, or all forms set to auto approval when Auto Approved Forms is selected.

Replication Status

To access Replication Status, do one the following:

• On the main menu ☰, under Data Center, click Replication.

• In the Data Center quick links, click .

• Bulk Import will clear the Onboard database and reimport all tables and rows from your Veson IMOS Platform database.

• Incremental Import will only update database tables that have changes since the last replication/sync.
