Some Interface Messages are stuck in Pending status or are not showing up in the Interface Messages List. How can I fix this?
The Messaging Service can become inundated or flooded if several Scheduled Tasks or other processes (included import and export) are simultaneously running. This causes the bandwidth of the Messaging Service to be filled, leaving no room for new messages to import or export, and often creating a queue that does not push through.
This can be often be resolved by restarting the Messaging Service. Users may also find it helpful to increase the Timeout threshold in the General Configuration tab of the Messaging Service Configuration.
