Actions Module Rights, controlled by the CFGAddressBookUDFSecurity config flag. When CFGAddressBookUDFSecurity is set to 'Y,' only users with the "Edit Address Book UDFs" access right can edit Address Book Properties (UDFs), even if they have "Address" Read/Write access right.
