Berth Scheduling VIP Only

This case adds a new config flag, CFGAllowETAUpdateToBerthManagement. By default, this flag is enabled. It is designed to be used in conjunction with CFGEnableBerthMgmtActivities. When disabled, port ETA updates will not update the berth ETA for an allocated booking. Previously the Port ETA changes always updated the berth eta when the CFGEnableBerthMgmtActivities flag was enabled. Because of this, the Berth Schedule hover cards only displayed the Port ETAs. Now, the hover cards show the Port ETA and, if they are different, the Berth ETA as well.

New checkbox added to the Trade Route form to define a custom route as a "Split" route. When the checkbox is selected and the route is used on a Time Charter contract then its exposure will be split across the routes based on the percentages defined in the formula. The split route will only apply on custom routes with formulas clearly defining a split across two routes (ie. 4TC_P * 0.50 + 5TC_C * 0.4) and is limited to Time Charter contracts.
