Why am I receiving "ERROR"- The TCO Delivery Port should only be specified on the first voyage for TC Out?

This error can occur if the voyage’s TCO code is mistakenly entered in another voyage. You must check other voyages for the same TCO code, once identifying the error enter the correct TCO code. You will then no longer receive the above error for the current voyage.
