Collaborative Tools - Notifications

You can receive notifications for tags or mentions in comments from various areas:

Open

1. Most Recent - all notifications sorted by date received.

2. Comments - when you are mentioned or receive a response.

3. Emails - when you are tagged in an email.

4. Orders - when you are mentioned in an order comment or tagged on an order.

5. Tonnage - when you are mentioned in a tonnage comment or tagged on a tonnage.

6. Fixtures - when you are mentioned in a fixture comment or tagged on a fixture.

7. Voyages - when you are tagged or mentioned in a voyage (for IMOS clients)

8. Ships - when you are mentioned in a Ship's comments section.

9. Ports - when you are mentioned in a Port's comments section.

10. Shipfix Report Log -  when you receive a reply from our team regarding an error report.

11. Archived - all previous notifications that you have archived.

By clicking on a notification card, you will be taken to the exact place where your colleague mentioned you (for example an Email or a Tonnage position). You can then take action, or respond to them by tagging or mentioning them using the @ symbol.
