If you encounter issues when logging into the IMOSlive application, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure to use the correct credentials:
    Username: IMOS\name.lastname
    Password:
    Environment: CompanyName.imos.veson.com

  2. Download the latest IMOSlive application from https://imoslive.com/ and log in again.
