A distribution list is one of Shipfix's key functionalities. It allows you to efficiently manage your contacts and streamline your email communications.
Creating a Distribution List:
Click on the Profile icon to open the drop-down for "Settings" - located in the top-right corner of your screen
Select "Distribution Lists"
Click on the "+ Add" button to create a new list
Give your list a descriptive name to easily identify its purpose
Populate your list by typing or copying and pasting contacts into the provided field. Shipfix will predict contacts as you type, making the process easy
Remember, there's no limit to the number of lists or contacts you can create. Delete any lists that are no longer relevant to keep your workspace organized.

Sending to Distribution Lists
When composing an email, simply start typing the name of the desired list in the "To" field. Shipfix will automatically switch it to BCC to prevent accidental exposure of all recipients.
If needed, you can drag and drop the list back into the "To" and as well in the CC.
Before sending, search for and deselect specific contacts within the list if you wish to exclude them from receiving the email
