Configuration flag CFGEnableTimeCharterCOAContracts must be enabled. You must have the Time Charter In COA and Time Charter In COA List Module Rights enabled, under Time Charter Manager in Chartering.

A Time Charter (TC) In COA works similarly to Cargo COAs and VC In COAs, in that it is a parent layer above the individual linked liftings.

When enabled, a new Time Charter COA contract type will be available from the Chartering module. This COA similarly to Cargo COAs and VC In COAs, in that it is a parent layer above the individual linked liftings.
