Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'IMOS Documentation'.

Configuration flag CFGEnableInterservice enables Interservices Cargo, for cargo loaded on one voyage and discharged on a later voyage.

The Load and Discharge Voyages should be scheduled before scheduling the Cargo. When creating the Cargo, enter in the Load and Discharge ports with their respective voyage numbers. The Interservice Cargo checkbox in the Cargo contract workspace will be automatically marked.

  • To allocate freight to the discharge voyage, select the Allocate Freight to Discharge Voyage check box. The freight invoice can then only be created from the discharge voyage. Freight revenue will appear in the discharge voyage.

Note: In order to select the voyage numbers on the cargo itinerary, ensure loading and discharging ports are marked with function M (Multi-Purpose) on the voyage level.

Note: To remove an Interservice cargo from the voyages, it is fixed to, users have to update the voyage numbers on the cargo form. Interservice cargo cannot be removed directly from the voyage.

CFGHideInterserviceFrtAllocationOption
  • If CFGHideInterserviceFrtAllocationOption is Y, the Allocate Freight to Discharge Voyage check box is hidden on the Cargo form, and its value is set according to CFGDefaultInterserviceFrtToDisVoy:
    • If CFGDefaultInterserviceFrtToDisVoy is Y, freight of a new interservice cargo is allocated to the discharge voyage, and the behavior cannot be altered by a user on the Cargo form.
    • If CFGDefaultInterserviceFrtToDisVoy is N, freight of a new interservice cargo is allocated to the load voyage, and the behavior cannot be altered by a user on the Cargo form.
  • If CFGHideInterserviceFrtAllocationOption is N:
    • And CFGDefaultInterserviceFrtToDisVoy is Y, the Allocate Freight to Discharge Voyage check box is available on the Cargo form for an interservice cargo, and is selected by default.
    • And CFGDefaultInterserviceFrtToDisVoy is N, the Allocate Freight to Discharge Voyage check box is available on the Cargo form for an interservice cargo and is cleared by default.
