Problem

When I use the search bar or help buttons in IMOS to look for articles, I cannot access the Knowledge Base search results or related article.

Solution

To use contextual help search and buttons in IMOS, you must have v7.11.11081 or later.

For IMOS v7.10 and earlier, you can download documentation in PDF format from the Documentation Archive.

Additionally, anyone can search for help articles through the Veson Nautical self-service Help Center.
