Bunker Tank fields can only be added to custom forms and not standard forms.

To add bunker tanks in Veslink Voyage Reporting Formsa Bunker Tanks table to a Veslink form, the bunker tanks will first have to be set up in the Vessel.

Follow these steps:

Setting Up Bunker Tanks in a Vessel

  1. Go to In the IMOS Data Center > Vessel > and select the vessel , open the Vessel for which you want to add bunker tanks to.In the vessel form, navigate to the Bunker Tanks.

  2. On Vessel Bunker Tanks tab, and enter the bunker tank information.Fill out the , including No., Description, Capacity, and Unit.

  3. Save the vessel.

Adding Bunker Tanks to Veslink Forms

  1. Navigate to On the Veslink Forms & Vessels and tab, select the form to which you want to add Bunker Tank fields.

Configuring Fill Capacity Warning

You can configure a value for Fill Capacity Warning % to alert the Mastercaptain.

Under Settings, go to System Configuration > Forms > In Veslink System Configuration, under Form Validation, enter the desired Fill Capacity Warning % and input the desired threshold.

Filling Out the Bunker Tank Quantity When Submitting Forms

Bunker Tanks information from Veslink forms are not imported into IMOS Operations, but it is available for reporting in the Report Designer.:

  1. Create a new report with source Source set to Veslink Forms:

  3. Select any necessary columns/, add any necessary filters from that table, and then join it with the Bunker Tanks data table (one-to-many):

  4. Select any necessary columns from the Bunker Tanks table, and you have a report that . The resulting report captures bunker tank information as reported on the Veslink form:
