The Dates tab enables you to record delays.

To record a delay:

1. Add a new row.
2. Enter the following information:
   1. Activity: Delay Type, as defined in the Data Center.
   2. Reason: Delay Reason, as defined in the Data Center.
   3. From/To

      Note: If the range does not occur during the estimated itinerary, the line will appear light red.
2. Hours automatically calculates the delay duration.
3. Optionally, select Include in P&L

2. When all delays are entered, Total shows the sum of delay hours for the Estimate.
3. Close the Estimate Delays form.

The Bunkers tab enables you to record bunkers consumed during delays.

To record bunkers:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Edit a row for an existing delay.
   • Add a row for a new delay Activity and Reason.
2. Enter the fuel Prc and Qty consumed during the delay.
3. Close the Estimate Delays form.
4. Save the Estimate.
