  1. Using Internet Explorer (mandatory), log in to your IMOSlive Web Portal.
  2. To launch the application, click your Production version of IMOS .
  3. On the IMOS Application login page, press Ctrl + Alt + End. A window with options appears.
  4. Click Change a password.
  5. Type a new password and then click OK.
