The steps that need to be done in order to To submit a custom Noon Report/Daily Report before the voyage starts.:, do the following.
Requirements
Voyage Opr Type = SPOT
Port Days > 0
Instructions
Create a custom Noon Report/Daily Position Report (Bunker ROBs the Bunkers ROB control must be thereincluded, but doesn’t it does not have to be populated).
In Advanced Settings of the custom form Configuration, tick checkbox "select the Allow submission prior to Voyage Commencement“.
Commencement check box:
In the voyage itinerary, enter the Commence port (Port Function "C“ C).
Set the voyage status to "Commenced“ Commenced.
Submit and Approve approve the custom Noon Report.
