In Scheduling, the schedule is a vertical Gantt chart of estimated and actual voyages, which appear as color-coded cards. Each column shows the schedule for a vessel, named in the heading. Vessel columns appear in the same order as in the Open Positions list.

You can do any of the following:
- Create and reschedule, reschedule, mark as consecutive, and delete Estimates.
- Add vessel notes and schedule notes.
- Adjust the timescale and column width.
- To expand the schedule to the full workspace, click at the top right. To return to the default Scheduling view, click .

- A thin, light blue bar on the left side of the card indicates the cargo laycan.
- If a vessel will arrive at its load port after the cargo's laycan window has closed, the bar appears red.
- A section with indicates waiting time.
- Today's date appears as a blue schedule row.
- Estimates that are processing appear white with a grey dashed border.

Cards display the following text information, but you can change the cargo data by editing Cargo Template on the Programs panel:

Marking an Estimate as ConsecutiveTo mark an Estimate as consecutive, on its card menu ..., select the Consecutive check box. Consecutive Estimates automatically adjust their Commence Date and time based on changes to the Complete Date of the Estimate or voyage above it. They also react to changes to a TC contract's delivery date, if there are not any voyages yet on the TC. All Estimates created via drag and drop from the Cargo Book are automatically marked as consecutive. Deleting an EstimateTo delete an Estimate, do one of the following:
