How to submit a diagnostic report to Veson Nautical:

  1. As soon as the issue arises, stop all other work.

  2. Navigate to the My Profile Panel in the top right of your screen, select your initials to open the panel

  3. Select the Submit Diagnostic Report button and see the below message

  4. Select the Copy Report ID button and navigate to Veson Nautical Help Center to submit a support request.

  5. Paste the report ID into the description of your request along with further details outlined below within the issue Details.
