The ETA of cargo is important for cargo traders, as they need to provide to stakeholders an accurate cargo delivery date before even the voyage gets started.
Instructions
The steps that need to be done in order to submit a custom Noon Report/Daily Report before the voyage starts.:
Create a custom Noon Report / Daily Position Report (Bunker ROBs must be there, but doesn’t have to be populated).
In Advanced Settings of the custom form, tick checkbox "Allow submission prior to Voyage Commencement“.
In voyage itinerary, enter Commence port (Port Function "C“).
Set voyage status to "Commenced“.
Submit and Approve custom Noon Report.
