The Configuration Flag List contains all standard configuration flags. Even if a flag was not explicitly set in the past, it appears with its Default Value, if applicable.
To manage configuration flags, you must have the Configuration Flags Access Right selected, under Quick Links in the Data Center.Do access this list, do one of the following:

To view the details of a configuration flag or change its value, click its row to open the Configuration Flag Editor panel.
Change the flag's Value and then click Save.
