What is the difference between Power BI Pro and Free license functionality?
A: With respect to VIP the Veson IMOS Platform functionality, there is virtually no difference in functionality. With a Free license, you can still integrate the license account with VIP the Veson IMOS Platform and create/edit/publish dashboards to VIPthe Veson IMOS Platform.
However, the Free license does not allow you to use the Share function within the Microsoft Power BI desktop application, so users with a Free account will not be able to share dashboards through the Power BI desktop, nor receive/view dashboards created by other users with Pro licenses through the Power BI desktop.
