Walkthrough: Scheduling a Voyage
These breadcrumbs show where you are in the walkthrough. To move to a different section, click its link:
Create a Voyage Estimate > Create a Voyage > Hand Off to Operations
...
- The Voyage Estimate List is a standard IMOS list, so you can sort it, filter it, do a Quick Search, and create custom Views for it. You can use logical operations to filter particular columns in the list.
- You can open or copy one or more Estimates simultaneously from the Voyage Estimate List: Select the check boxes of the Estimates you want, then click the Open or Copy link. If one Estimate is selected, it opens in Details view; if multiple Estimates are selected, they open side-by-side in Column view.

Enable Vessel Import from Estimate CFGEnableVesselImportFromEstimate | Note: Additional licensing is required for Vessel Data Integration. When enabled, if a user searches for a Vessel in a Voyage Estimate that does not already exist in the database, instead of asking the user to create a new Vessel, they will have the option to import from configured external vessel data sources. | Default TCI on Estimate Vessel Select CFGDefaultTCIOnEstimateVesselSelect | When enabled, a TC In or Head Fixture will be automatically assigned when selecting a vessel in the Voyage Estimate. When disabled, users will have to manually select a TC In/Head Fixture in the Voyage Estimate. | Enable Lat Lon Override CFGEnableLatLonOverride | Allows manual overrides for At-Sea Port Latitude and Longitude values in the Voyage Estimate and Voyage Manager, to more accurately reflect waiting points or itinerary deviations. | Counterparty Label CFGCounterpartyLabel | If this flag has a value, references to Charterer in the Estimate, Voyage Fixture, and Voyage Manager are now replaced with value of this flag, for example, Buyer. |
